Newton (ベロ Bero) is a Chameleon who only appears in the 27th episode of Kimba the White Lion.

Newton is a horned Chameleon with brown scales, and a very long prehensile tail.

Kimba the White Lion (Jungle Emperor)[]
He only appears once in "The Chameleon Who Cried Wolf". In it, he arrives in the Jungle to find a new home and a safe place away from larger, more dangerous animals. Throughout the episode, he constantly lies to the other animals, though it's revealed later that he developed this habit since it keeps him from getting hurt and keeps him safe. However, he makes enemies with a local Hippo, Gabu, and eventually he grows so saddened by his lying, he gives himself up to him. By the end, he saves him and Kimba from a pack of Wild Dogs, and stays in the Jungle.

- It is unknown if he is the father of Lolo (another Chameleon who appeared in Leo the Lion)
